Shallower Pockets Still Engaged

So, using social media for business takes deep pockets? According to a new study from Manta, small businesses are right there with the leviathans in acknowleding there is much (business) to be gained from online networking and connections.

Facts that stand out to me:

  1. 62% say they use online channels for networking a quarter to half of the time
  2. 35% of small businesses say online channels help customers find them
  3. After the small business's website, 19% say that Facebook drives the most business
