Negative Press"at an Infonex conference in Toronto on January 26 & 27, 2010 called Renewable Energy Infrastructure: Navigating the complexities of renewable energy infrastructure in a rapidly changing marketplace. • Details are now firm. I will be chairing a conference called Social Media for the Public Sector: Applying social media best practices in government communications in Edmonton, April 13-14, 2010. I will also be presenting a session at the conference titled "Radical Reputation - Social Media Activism." It will look at how activisistsand NGOs use social media to advance their policy and political agendas, strategies for launching and running your own online issue or policy 'campaign' and thoughts on deciding when and how to respond to social media confrontation.
